A "must attend" space industry event for Officina Stellare, which will exhibit at the Italian Pavillion, from April 17-20, 2023 in Colorado Springs, CO-USA. The Space Symposium gathers all sectors of the space community from multiple spacefaring nations; space agencies; commercial space businesses, military, national security and intelligence organizations as well as cyber security organizations, research and development facilities engaged in adapting, manufacturing or selling space technologies for commercial use and media that inspire and educate the general public about space. Bringing all these groups together in one place will provide a unique opportunity to examine space issues from multiple perspectives, to promote dialog and to focus attention on critical space issues.

Workshop on Space Situational Awareness and Space Traffic Management - Growing concerns on Space Environment
Officina Stellare Spa will attend the Workshop on Space Situational Awareness and Space Traffic Management - Growing concerns on Space Environment from 11-13 January 2023 in Bangalore - India organized by ISRO - Indian Space Research Organisation and ASI, the Astronautical Society of India , in collaboration with Indian National Space Promotion & Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe) and NSIL. Space Situational Awareness (SSA) and Space Traffic Management (STM) have become an integral and indispensable part of safe and sustainable space operations. In light of the ever-increasing population of objects in outer space, it is essential to raise awareness on the importance of SSA and STM and address the future concerns through detailed discussions and deliberations with the concerned stakeholders. The Workshop on “SSA & STM: Growing Concerns on Space Environment” aims to bring out the potentially detrimental effects of the increasing number of space objects and deliberate on the methods, procedures, technologies, and policies that need to be developed and implemented to continue long-term sustainable utilisation of outer space for the benefit of humankind.

Giornata Nazionale dello Spazio | 16 dicembre 2022 In occasione della Seconda Giornata Nazionale dello Spazio, il 16 Dicembre prossimo, Officina Stellare ospiterà la tavola rotonda organizzata da Fondazione Nord Est, dal titolo "C'è Space per tutti, chi è pronto, chi no". Interverranno il nostro CEO, Giovanni Dal Lago, imprenditori del settore spazio e personalità del mondo accademico. L'iniziativa nasce con l'intento di sensibilizzare ed informare la comunità sui contributi che la scienza e la tecnologia applicate allo Spazio portano al miglioramento della condizione umana e a far comprendere i benefici derivanti dalle attività spaziali, nella vita di tutti i giorni, in termini di crescita, benessere, immagine e ruolo sul piano globale del Paese.
Italian National Space Day @ Embassy of Italy in Washington D.C
On December 15th 2022, Officina Stellare Spa will attend the event organized by the Embassy of Italy in Washington DC and the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), to celebrate the Second Italian National Space Day in collaboration with the Italian Space Agency (ASI), the Space Foundation, the US Chamber of Commerce and the George Washington University. The event which will be attended by Italian and US space industry professionals, experts and stakeholders, will cover business, finance and political space relations.
NYRIA Workshop 2022 @ Officina Stellare
After two years of pandemic and virtual workshops, Officina Stellare is happy to announce it will host NIRYA's 6th annual in person workshop from November 7 to 11, 2022. The workshop is designed to encourage early career researchers (i.e. final year Bachelor students to post-doctoral researchers), working in ground-based, visible and infrared instrumentation for astronomy to engage with each other in a friendly environment. The workshop will include talks by participants, a poster session, and small group activities including career talks with experts in instrumentation, lab and/or instrument tours, and technical challenges (hackathon). More details about the registration will be sent out shortly by NIRYA organizing committee, so keep an eye on their website.

New Space Economy Expoforum
The second edition of the New Space Economy Expoforum (NSE), organized and promoted by E. Amaldi Foundation and Fiera Roma is is about to start.
