Officina Stellare announces approval of business combination with Global Aerospace Technologies Group S.p.A.
We are pleased to announce the approval of the business combination between Officina Stellare and Global Aerospace Technologies Group S.p.A., a holding company primarily owned by investment firms of Investindustrial Growth III SCSp.
This strategic move aims to create an Italian listed industrial hub specializing in advanced aerospace and defense technologies, including electronics, opto-mechanics, earth observation, optical communications, and cybersecurity systems.
