Officina Stellare signs Leonardo contract for ASI HIREOS optical roadmap
Officina Stellare has signed today a new contract with Leonardo for the development of an ultra-high resolution space optical system. The HIREOS (High Resolution Optics and Structure) project, which is in the frame of the Optical Technological Roadmap promoted and funded by the Agenzia Spaziale Italiana (ASI), represents a significant step towards the technological autonomy of the Italian industry in the field of ultra-high resolution optical systems for Earth Observation.
This new milestone attests to the technical and engineering expertise of Officina Stellare in the strategic sector of space and scientific instrumentation for Earth Observation.
