OPEN POSITIONS

Quality Inspector:
Tasks required:
– In-process controls and incoming inspections (visual, dimensional, supplier documents) on mechanical and optical parts
– Definition of product control plans
– Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
– Managament of non conformities related to internal production and suppliers
– Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
– Use and programming of CMM and standard measuring instruments for dimensional checks
– Calibration management of control instruments in agreement with internal procedures and standards.

Quality Inspector Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent qualification
– 5 years experience in production and quality control
– Strong understanding of technical drawing, dimensions and geometric tolerances
– Strong understanding of the use of all standard measuring instruments (caliber, micrometer, altimeter)
– Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
– CMM machine programming (Hexagon), preferential knowledge of CAPPS DMIS.
– Experience in the use of standard gauges, equipment and instrumentation
– Good English skills
– Excellent organizational skills
– Problem Solving attitude and team work oriented.

Collaudatore

Attività da svolgere:

  • Controllo qualità del prodotto (visivo, dimensionale, documentale) di particolari meccanici ed ottici
  • Compilazione report di collaudo/ controllo ed analisi dei risultati
  • Monitoraggio e controllo della produzione in corso
  • Controllo in ingresso parti di fornitura
  • Apertura Non conformità (contribuire fattivamente alla soluzione delle problematiche legate alla NC)
  • Compilazione/ controllo piani di qualità per le parti
  • Utilizzo CMM e strumenti di misura standard per controlli dimensionali
  • Gestione calibrazione e controllo strumenti di misura e CMM

Profilo richiesto:

  • Diploma di scuola superiore/ privatista o esperienza equivalente
  • Esperienza di 5 anni in ambito produzione e controllo qualità
  • Conoscenza approfondita del disegno tecnico, delle quote e delle tolleranze geometriche
  • Conoscenza approfondita nell’utilizzo di tutti gli strumenti di misura standard (calibro, micrometro, altimetro)
  • Programmazione macchina CMM (Hexagon), preferenziale conoscenza CAPPS DMIS.
  • Esperienza nell’utilizzo di calibri, attrezzature e strumentazione standard
  • Conoscenza della lingua Inglese scolastica
  • Ottime capacità di organizzazione

  • Predisposizione al lavoro di team

Progettista CAD

Attività principali:

Riportando al responsabile della progettazione meccanica, il candidato andrà a svolgere le seguenti attività:

  • Progettazione e disegno 3D di sistemi optomeccanici per applicazioni terrestri o in ambito spazio
  • Elaborare i disegni costruttivi
  • Realizzare le tavole di assieme e le distinte dei materiali
  • Preparare le procedure di integrazione e assemblaggio
  • Contribuire alla stesura dei report di design (qualora richiesti)

 

Qualifiche e capacità:

  • Progettazione di sistemi meccanici complessi
  • Buona conoscenza del disegno meccanico, tolleranze, GD&T e standard relativi
  • Padronanza del software 3D Solidworks
  • Esperienza di 1-3 anni in ruolo analogo
  • Diploma in meccanica

 

Gradite:

  • Gradita la conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato)
  • Gradita la provenienza dal settore opto-meccanico o meccanica di precisione
  • Gradita la conoscenza di software PDM
  • Esperienza di lavorazioni meccaniche

Mechanical System engineer

Reporting to the head of engineering, the candidate will lead the development of Phase A/B of a minisat and its subsystems, with particular focus on thermo-mechanical aspects. The work demands the ability to communicate efficiently about different technical aspects of a product, or a mission. The systems engineer is expected to perform technical accounting on various subcontractor.  Documentation must be prepared and maintained accordingly assuring consistency and traceability.

The activity will see involved an industrial consortium in which Officina Stellare is the Prime and has directly in charge the Thermo-mechanical design. All the others parts will be developed by the Sub-Contractors.

Main activities:

  • Technical responsibility for system level activities
  • Thermo-mechanical design development
  • Define development plan
  • Definition and management of technical requirements and specifications
  • Architectural definition
  • Conceptual system trade-off
  • System budgets definition
  • Define system and subsystem requirement
  • Technical handling and supervising subcontractors
  • Satellite AIT/AIV definition
  • Coordinate the Engineering specialists
  • Lead the preparation of technical documentation for reviews with the customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Support AIT, AIV Plans preparation

 

Qualification and capabilities:

  • Knowledge of System Engineering principles
  • Proven technical and analytical capability
  • Thermo-mechanical design capabilities
  • Strong  problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to leading a work team
  • University degree in Aerospace/Mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
  • 3-4 year experience in mechanical system development for space applications
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of English Language
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-language, multi-cultural team
  • MS Project, Office

 

 

Appreciated:

  • Preferred Knowledge of optical payloads
  • Programming skills: Matlab/Simulink, Octave, Openmodelica
  • Requirement management tools
  • Knowledge of aerospace systems applicable standards, such as ECSS

OS sta ricercando un integratore meccanico che esegua l’integrazione dei sistemi opto-meccanici (telescopi). Il candidato risponderà al Responsabile di Produzione.

  • Integrazione meccanica di telescopi
  • Integrazione meccanica di montature per telescopi
  • Integrazione e validazione dei set up di misura
  • Esecuzione di test meccanici
  • Preparazione e compilazione di Reports

Profilo richiesto:

  • Diploma di scuola superiore in discipline tecniche
  • Almeno un anno di esperienza in assemblaggio e integrazione di componenti meccanici
  • L’esperienza nell’uso di sistemi di misura meccanica costituisce un elemento di preferenza
  • Buona capacità di lettura di schemi meccanici e disegni
  • Predisposizione al lavoro di team e alla collaborazione con il dipartimento di progettazione
  • Utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office
