This position reports to the Procurement Manager, he/she will take care of all activities relating to the purchasing and procurement process of goods and services linked to the production needs of company orders, guaranteeing their qualitative, quantitative, economic and financial optimisation.

The main activities of the role are:

  • Issuance of requests for quotations
  • Analysis, comparison, evaluation of the offers received from the Suppliers ensuring their technical
  • Supplier’s negotiation
  • Issuance of purchase orders
  • Management of order confirmations
  • Control of compliance with agreed delivery dates and expediting activities
  • Measurement and evaluation of Supplier performance
  • Development of the supply chain in collaboration with the Procurement Manager

Education and skills

  • High school graduation or degree preferably in mechanical engineering
  • 2/3 years of experience gained in the mechanical field in made-to-order production companies
  • Experience in purchasing components based on drawings and/or technical specifications
  • Ability to read a 2D CAD drawing and its characteristics, in particular dimensions and tolerances
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing technologies, in particular mechanical processing for chip removal and carpentry
  • Good knowledge of the English language both read and spoken
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques and strategies
  • Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel

Contractual  aspects

  • Contract: permanent

For our Headquarter in Sarcedo (VI) we are looking for an HR Generalist intern. He/She will support the HRBP to carry out all the department related activities, ensuring the goals set for the function achieved and exceeded.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the recruiting activities, by updating the job descriptions and attending job interviews.
  • Specific administration of day-to-day tasks (translations, policy updating, information gathering, ).
  • Keep HR data, files and documents stored
  • Ensure the onboarding activities
  • Contribute to arrange internal communications and to organize employee events
  • Implementing and monitoring the local projects sponsored by the HR
  • Organize local training and classrooms; keep track of training records and registers; gather and prepare the documentation needed to be compliant with the funded training.


  • Master’s Degree or post graduate courses in Human Resources
  • Good English and fluent Italian
  • Accuracy and methodology
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Open-minded
  • Pro-active attitude

LOCATION: Sarcedo (VI) (driver license required and property car)

CONTRACT: 6 months internship with possibility of contract extension

SALARY: monthly reimbursement, canteen
